About TUSA
TUSA is registered with the Secretary of State of the state of Arkansas. It is a non-profit, non-governmental organization, which is subject to the laws of the State of Arkansas and of the United States. The principal office is in the City of Little Rock, Arkansas. General Assembly: The General Assembly of the Alliance consists of one representative from each state selected by the Governor of that state. The Governing Board of Directors: The General Assembly will chose the members of the board of directors at a ratio of one director per five member states. These members will be joined by the four founders of the Alliance. The Alliance is financed by Donations and Contributions and other incomes The Alliance will hold annual meetings and such other meetings as deemed necessary by the Governing Board of Directors. |
